These Terms of Service govern your use of Tested Finds (https://spendce.com), an online store operated in the United States. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
Products and pricing
We curate trending products from trusted suppliers. We work hard to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, with a full refund issued for any cancelled order.
Orders and fulfillment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order is fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partners in the United States and overseas, and shipped with tracking. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days; the current estimate for each product is shown on its product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Payments
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe and PayPal. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states. Orders over $35 qualify for free US shipping; a flat $4.95 rate applies below that threshold. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Intellectual property
