Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date you place your order. Each product page shows the current delivery estimate for that item.
Here’s what to expect:
- Processing: 1–3 business days. Your order is confirmed, packed, and handed to the carrier by our fulfillment partners.
- Transit: 6–9 business days on average, depending on your location and the fulfillment partner handling your order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Delivery times are honest estimates — occasionally customs checks, weather, or carrier delays can add a few days.
Tracked shipping on every order
Every order ships with tracking, door to door. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
Shipping rates
- Orders over $35: FREE US shipping.
- Orders under $35: flat $4.95 shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do orders ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners in the United States and overseas. Your order ships from the partner best positioned to deliver it to you quickly — every order is tracked door-to-door regardless of origin.
Order issues
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us at support@spendce.com and we’ll investigate right away.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
